I've been working from home alot this week, which has been tough since baby boy has been very poorly cutting 4 teeth in one go. Thankfully his Amber Necklace is helping alittle.

Birmingham Christmas Market 2011

We visited Birmingham Christmas Market yesterday, (we tried to visit it at dusk on friday night but baby boy didn't want to, and cried. ) I took a few photo's of my favourite bits , we didn't get round the whole market as it was so cold....

I bought a really cool vintage robot toy for our 5 Year old, which winds up and sparks when he walks... He is going to love it!

Off for the weekend....

I'm off for the weekend , leisure & work ... I have my MacBook pro with me so when my boys are asleep I can plough on with work .

Were staying at my favourite boutique pod hotel , which I've stayed at countless times with my partner but never with children , so I'll let you know how we get on !!

.... And if we manage to fit all our luggage in , the bugaboo is thankfully staying in car .

Christmas Decorations!

Natalie Smith (former Odd Ball) Portrate Illustration

Natalie Smith is my favourite illustrator, and I love reading her blog.  Well, this week after returning from a unsuccessful visit to a Christmas Market, feeling really rubbish I got a text from my neighbour  saying she'd had to sign for something for me. So i popped over and it was a HUGE A3 card envelope and inside was the portrait above!

I absolutely adore it! It's amazing, and I love the way she'd captured my baby boys innocent eyes! I can't wait to frame it and have it up, I'm not sure where to put it though, I can't decide...
